Project Management

At Decos we consider Project Management key to the implementation and success of our engagements. Whether the Functional Consultant takes on the Project Management role or a specific Project Manager is designated, you will have a single point of contact during the entire implementation procedure. We use consistent industry accepted methodologies for all of our engagements.

 

 

 


Our project managers take on the following tasks:

 

  • Drawing up an action plan
  • Organizing the planning and project coordination of Decos
  • Monitoring the progress of the project
  • Watching over the project budget
  • Consulting regularly with and offering advice to your internal project leader, if necessary also with other members of the project group
  • Compiling of financial reports and reports based on the project consultation
  • Taking responsibility for the timely commissioning, with complete functionality and of a quality as specified in the action plan.
