In addition to the customized home page, you can customize how you want your folders and files structured. All parts of the menu can be added to suit your work style and job needs.

RSS Feeds

You favorite RSS feeds can be captured and stored and filed in Decos D5. So whether it’s Outlook, iGoogle, FeedReader, PPC or the iPhone you can track which new recordings have been produced.

Visual Browsing

For more complex folders or files it always easier when you can look at a graphical overview of how information is connected. With the new visual browsing a graphical representation requires just one click.

Web Version Decos Admin Tool

The Decos Admin Tool is now available as a web application feature.

Appearance

Decos D5 has a new look consistent with Microsoft Outlook and Windows Explorer. It is subdivided into individual windows so you can conveniently arrange them to suit your preferences. In addition, you can quickly toggle between different menus.

Workflows

The workflow process has been greatly improved. You can immediately see the status of an associated workflow by clicking on the workflow icon. You will see a graphic representation of the process flowchart. In addition, you can create a document anywhere in the process because the workflow process is fully automated. Once saved the new file is placed in the existing workflow. For example, you can integrate an automatic function such as approving an invoice for payment by directly sending it to your financial department for processing. Decos D5 offers you the flexibility, not just to customize but to adapt to your needs and requirements.
